The purpose of this book is to outline my process for producing quality documents with the fewest assets, in the shortest time, while saving the maximum amount of money within an Agile project. This book comes with an Excel spreadsheet ( available through e-mail after purchase) with 12 worksheets including 3 Build and Review cycles, a Document Tracker, a People Tracker, a Document Preparation Checklist, an overall Agile phase list for documents and personnel, and a phase by phase list of documents and people for planning document create, build, and complete times. $35 may seem like a lot for a 100 page book, but I get right to the point without any fluff. It's a fast read packed with quality pages and lots of information. The spreadsheets , however, represent the the true value of your purchase. It took me years to build and test them just like the estimation tools. So sorry folks, I'm not giving them away. But if you manage a writing team or an Agile project, this system will pay for itself a hundred times over.
