PTSD:Redux

A 12 year old girl is stalked by an intelligent but deranged woman resulting in post traumatic stress disorder, only to be traumatized by the same woman again 5 years later. A former NYPD homicide detective, with his own PTSD history, ends up involved in both experiences of the young girl. Both must use their intelligence to save the girl.
