Set Your Soul Free, Honey!: Start Living. Stop Existing.

Ever since I was a really young girl, I’ve always heard this voice inside my head, as I believe we all do. And, yet, most of my life, I almost never listened to that voice. The voice, that I’ve now determined to be my soul, was always nudging me to do things I I wanted to do but resisted for different reasons, fear being the biggest reason of them all. I believe that our souls were placed in us to be our guide through this cray cray life. To take it a step further, our souls are the exact person we are meant to be. The problem is a vast majority of people don't listen to that voice inside of their head. And as a result they aren't living the life they were meant to live. People are walking around existing and going through the motions of life without ever really living. This book is not an instructional guide rather a testimony of someone who always knew her potential but just couldn't allow her soul to break free. I do include some tips but there are so many life lessons included for you to come away with. My goal for this book is that at the end of reading it your soul will be bouncing around inside in anticipation of its release. Your heart will be beating rapidly, pounding with anxiety, with the thought of following your dreams. I hope that you are almost in tears, as I tell my story of how I caged my sweet soul up. I hope that parts of my story resonate with you in some way. Most importantly, my biggest hope for this book it that it prompts you to make a move in the direction of living the life you were meant to live.
