Eastern Heart Vocabulary: seeing you meeting you

A book of prose and poetry aimed at young adults and above. Why is it so easy to get angry and show that anger, yet so hard to feel love and express it? In this book of mixed prose and poetry, I write about love, the many ways in which it can be expressed and also how to deal with this powerful force. Some of us will be searching for love, some will have been hurt by love and others will have lost love. Fortunately there are many ways in which to express our emotions and to suppress any hate or anger towards anyone that may have wronged us. Inspired by Eastern philosophy and poetry, I reach deep into the core of my soul to find the raw emotions we all want to express but might find so difficult to show. These words are not just for those we know personally however, they are also for those we do not know, that they might help us express love for humanity as a whole, to unite us through love for each other as individuals. I hope our efforts help bring about some change in both us and the world as a whole. Keep loving and keep living.
