Legal Writing for Pre-Law Students

The instruction in this book is uniquely designed to teach the type of writing skills necessary for success in law school. Indeed the increasing number of famous non-lawyers with law degrees--such as author John Grisham, journalist Adam Cohen, and Zagat Survey entrepreneurs Nina and Tim Zagat--evidence the important composition and analytical skills a law degree can provide. Unfortunately, law schools differ from other graduate programs, like medicine and business, in that they do not have specific course requirements for admission. As a result, first year law students often face the problem of feeling anxious and ill-prepared for the rigors of law school. This work is aimed at alleviating that problem.
