The Report of U.S. Aeronautics and Space Activities 1965 is a description of the U.S. efforts and activities in air and space in the year 1965. Each chapter is a summary and chronology of achievements by a different federal agency - NASA, Department of Defense (DOD), Atomic Energy Commission (AEC), Department of State, National Science Foundation (NSF), Department of Commerce, Space Science Board, Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), U.S. Information Agency, and Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. This report was prepared by the administration of President Lyndon B. Johnson for delivery to Congress.
