In Colorado it is the DORA DRE (Division of Real Estate) that handles licensing. PSI administers the broker exam. You want to know that pre-licensing courses are required. Proof of Error and Omission Insurance must also be in place at the time of license application. A lot of topics are covered by the exam but we choose to focus on the legal & regulatory topics here.
