Righting Our Ship probes the essence of a small Canadian province that must do nothing short of a transformation by Re-creating a Nouveau New Brunswick. The author prescribes a leadership that discerns the principles, values and mission of the Province, and the capabilities required for a new kind of government to execute on a vision for 21st Century Direction, Expectations and Governance.
