Location Analysis, Movements, and Renewal: Mathematical Safety-Risk

The purpose of the report is to present a range of mathematical science and engineering investigations that encompass both fractional calculus, as well as classical methods. The scope of applications I believe reflects our times of a complex world simplified with mathematics and computation aimed at safe energy and environmental issues. New ideas, fractional calculus derivations, and fluid mechanical applications are included. Altogether these notes are intended to enhance a curriculum in mathematics, science, and engineering.
