Canon Powershot SX700 HS: Learning the Basics

The new Canon Powershot SX700 HS was announced to the public in February of 2014. The new travel zoom camera is among a line of Powershot SX digital cameras released by technology giant Canon U.S.A. Inc. This newest addition to the Powershot family targets both the professional and the amateur photographer and is outfitted with a number of trendy and creative features. The Powershot SX700 boasts a number of automatic and creative effect modes such as Creative Filters and Smart Shutter and Photo Effect options such as Short Clip, Poster Effect, Fireworks and Creative Shot. Users will also enjoy the new Zoom Framing Assist feature, built-in Wi-Fi and NFC capabilities, Canon Image Gateway, 30x Optical focal Lens and a three (3) inch 922,000 dot resolution LCD screen. Other notable features include the sixteen (16) megapixel ½.3 inch BSI-CMOS sensor, Optical Image Stabilizer, Full HD video recording, on-screen clock and built-in flash.
