Leadership Is Discipleship

In 2012 I started working on a Doctorate in Ministry. My dissertation focused on training leaders of the Christian faith who may not have access to the seminaries and vast libraries which are the norm for the Western world. During the process of conducting research I was taken aback as it was painfully borne in to my consciousness that there is really only one requirement for the followers of Jesus and that is discipleship. This book takes the findings of my dissertation and seeks to make the case as to why each and every one of us who assume positions of leadership in the Christian Church should be single-mindedly committed to being disciples of Jesus and making disciples. I pray that those who read this book will be impacted and motivated to not only confess Jesus as Savior but to passionately and wholeheartedly engage in the process of discipleship and disciple-making.
