Edgar Rice Burroughs was an American author best known for writing the classic Tarzan and John Carter stories. Burroughs was a prolific writer in many different genres and many of his books have been made into films. The Monster Men is a classic science fiction novel centering around a Cornell professor who experiments in creating artificial life.
