New Applications for Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors: Volume 764 (MRS Proceedings)

Wide-bandgap semiconductors such as SiC, GaN and related alloys, BN and related alloys, ZnGeSiN2, ZnO, and others continue to find new applications in solid-state lighting, sensors, filters, high-power electronics, biological detection, and spintronics.
