The Obra Guidelines for Quality Improvement

The focus of this book is to provide the rules and regulations that include the most recent revisions and amendments for September 26, 1991 to November 10, 1995, from the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) and the HCFA interpretive guidelines that have been formulated to standardize care of long term residents in all states. These form the basis for audits that have been developed to serve as tools to monitor continuing improvement in the care and services to residents.
