The 2008 Cumulative Supplement to Whistleblowing: The Law of Retaliatory Discharge, Second Edition includes analytical discussions of:Several significant developments under the Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower protection provisions, including the decision of the Fourth Circuit in Welch v.
