American Sociey of Composties, Fifteenth International Conference

More than 130 original new reports were presented at the recent 15th Annual Technical Conference of the American Society of Composites. The full texts of the reports, with supplementary tables, schematics and illustrations, in a 1245-page single volume. This Y2000 conference was special in several ways. The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Committee D-30 on Composite Materials collaborated with the American Society for Composites to expand the presentation of new technology at the conference. And special emphasis was placed on applications and processing. Nineteen of the reports cover new developments in composites for automotive and aircraft applications, and twenty-one reports provide new information on rapid processing methods. This publication is a major presentation of composite materials technology.
