Chase Reed has no idea what this rainy and stormy night is about to bring him. Headlights glare into the night ahead on something he can not recognize. He slams on brakes and slides to keep from running down what appears to be a woman. Frightened, Caitlin Lopez pulls away from this stranger who is reaching out to her.
