Rodney the Ice Dragon II Saving Nockquan

Rodney, The Ice Dragon II: Saving Nockquan, was written and illustrated by 16-year-old Cortney Wisbauer. Inspired by her artistic talent, love of children, and encouragement by one of her teachers, she decided to write her first book, Rodney, The Ice Dragon, when she was only 14. Once she shared her first book with a group of children, they requested a sequel. As a young author, she hopes to bring encouragement and determination to children and adults to never give up on a dream. She has visited several local elementary schools with her first book and plans to visit even more now that she has her second book published. Each life lesson in both of her books are lessons she learned herself and lessons that she hopes to teach others through her fun and encouraging stories of love, determination, and faith.
