Dr. Hemamal Jayawardena is a Fellow of the Harvard School of Public Health attached to the Department of Population and International Health. He was Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine, University of Kelaniya, Director, Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, UNAIDS National Country Programme Advisor in Sri Lanka and Staff of World Health Organization, Bangladesh. Dr. Jayawardena is a multi-disciplinary expert specializing in Public Health, Health and Human Rights, Medical Ethics and Forensic Medicine. His previous book, Terrorist/Rebel Explosive Attacks and Other Explosions published by Wasteland Press was released in the United States a few weeks ago.
