Vanished into Thin Air

On October 31, 1905, the steamer Erie Dane departs Detroit with 114 passengers and crew. As the ship steams across Lake Erie, a storm that only occurs once a century descends upon the lake and the ship disappears. One century later on October 31, 2005, three college friends depart Sandusky on a ferry boat. During the voyage a storm, similar to the one that struck a hundred years previously, descends on Lake Erie and sinks the ship. The three friends escape the sinking ship in a raft but suddenly disappear. When the friends awake they discover the long-lost Erie Dane. Onboard they discover that all 114 passengers and crew are alive and have not aged since the ship disappeared. Now the three friends, the passengers and crew of the Erie Dane have to discover a way back to the world they know or wait for the next storm.
