Ed Spud was excited about starting school. But when he started having difficulties at school, he decided school was not a fun place to be. Enduring the isolation and ridicule that children with learning differences sometimes face at school and feeling like a failure, Ed began to withdraw into a world of loneliness and frustration. However, with the love and support of others he discovered that he was valuable despite his differences.
