Justice Clarks is a name that nobody wants to hear! At sixteen she’s one of the most infamous foster kids around. Her constant fits of rage and her running away cause her social worker, Susan, to despair. Every attempt at placing Justice Clarks with a family has been disastrous. Can there be any hope?
