Over the past thirty years Manick Sorcar has been leading a double life. Based in Denver, Colorado, Sorcar is the CEO of Sorcar Engineering, Inc. during the day, working on large-scale technical projects such as the lighting design for Denver International Airport concourses, sport centers in Japan and palaces for Saudi princes. By night, he transforms into an artist, a cartoonist, an animator and a laserist. Sorcar hails from a family of magicians, born to legendary Indian magician Late P.C. Sorcar. He cut his teeth as a stage assistant for his father's world-touring magic shows, where he also painted backdrops and designed the stage lighting.
