Commercial Law: Selected Statutes, 2012-2013

This statutory collection covers major aspects of commercial law. The centerpiece is the Official Text and Comments of the Uniform Commercial Code, including the 2010 Proposed Amendments to Article 9 of the Code. The collection contains other materials, including the Federal Reserve Board's regulations implementing the Check 21 Act and selected provisions of the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Also included are selected provisions of the Bankruptcy and Internal Revenue Codes. Selections incorporate amendments and technical corrections as of May, 2012. While this compilation is designed to accompany Warren and Walt's Commercial Law, the materials are likely to be referenced by any textbook dealing with commercial law.
