Corruption on Rikers Island at its worst! there was nobody doing it better than I did. Allow me to introduce myself from 1997-2006 my name was corrections officer Gary Heyward shield #1952. I worked on Rikers Island for nine years and due to a "cooperating" inmate I became...inmate 0604017. All the corrupt things that you heard or saw in the news about the notorious city jails are going on..and then some! I also enjoyed the company of female corrections officers that were prostituting themselves inside the jails during work hours.
