The Disintegration of the Constitution

The United States Constitution has not been amended since May 7, 1992. Given the unprecedented growth in government during this century and last I believe a new amendment is long overdue. It must be designed to restrain government and control its propensity for growth... But the most important reason, the one that supersedes all others, is the eventual decline of the American dream.
