Shirley Burly and the Isle of Dogs

In her second case, Fatima Büyüktas, a.k.a. Shirley Burly, must use all her growing detective skills to track down a puppy-farming operation. Coincidences soon start to pile up like...something that piles up (she finds similes difficult). Who is Tarkovsky? What is The Wild Frontier? And how many rhetorical questions are too many?
