Sustainable Tourism IV (WIT Transactions on Ecology and the Environment)

This book contains the edited versions of the papers presented at the Fourth International Conference on Sustainable Tourism, held in The New Forest, UK, in 2010. The conference series explores issues concerned with achieving environmental, social and economic sustainability of tourism as well as the governance mechanisms needed to support sustainable tourism and remedial actions to counter past errors. The multi disciplinary conference serves to foster greater understanding and collaboration between environmental scientists and social scientists, practitioners and policy makers.
