This seventh edition of Thomas' Stowage retains the format of previous editions, providing quick reference to procedures and individual commodities. In Part 3 over 300 amendments have been made to the alphabetically listed commodities, with particular attention given to dangerous goods and bulk cargoes - frequently subject to renewed legislation. Entry rationalization has also been continued. Parts 4 and 5 have been extensively rewritten. Appendix 5 has also been updated to reflect recent changes made to the IMSBC Code.
