Curriculum Related Assessment: Cummins and Bilingual Children (Bilingual Education & Bilingualism)

This book is for all working with bilingual pupils in the education service and considers the application of Cummins' framework to assessment and curriculum planning for them. The findings of a survey by the editors on the uses made of the framework are reported and the book concludes with a discussion of how classroom support for bilingual pupils could be made more effective.
