This volume contains a collection of the papers presented at the Belgirate conference--plus two additional papers. The meeting studied Tavistock group relations conferences via an innovative integration of experiential, reflective and didactic elements. Together the papers represent a collective picture of the value of group relations thinking in addressing organizational and societal needs.

This book will interest members of the group relations community and others who are familiar with and utilize Tavistock group relations thinking in their research, consultancy, management or teaching roles. It will also interest those who wish to become familiar with this thinking.
