Plato's Ion & Meno

An unabridged oral dramatization of Plato's dialogues in modern English. Professionally trained actors play the characters of Socrates, Ion, Meno, and Anytus. They enact Socrates' comic but serious discussion with Ion, the prize-winning interpreter of Homer, about the nature of his art and the source of human creativity. In part two, Meno and Socrates probe the source of goodness by considering the hypothesis that all knowledge is recollection.
