Black Lace and Bullets

Timmy, a recent Georgia Tech grad, had been working as an architect for a local construction firm. He witnessed several murders and other mayhem, he, himself was subject to severe physical abuse. The DA, believing he didn’t have sufficient evidence to convict the perpetrators, did not indict. For his protection, Timmy was inducted into the federal witness protection program. Penny, a young lady who recently received her undergraduate degree, decided to become a lawyer. She enrolled in a small law school in South Florida. Upon graduating, she took a position with the local DA’s office and eventually became involved with the cold case involving Timmy. This is their stories.
