Gold Marilyn

Nick Ryder is what's known as a shade, the lowest form of life in the kingdom of Art, a gallery assistant. At least until he offers a million dollars worth of accidental advice to a famous collector. His resulting climb to notoriety takes him through the moral labyrinth of the art business, where he must confront his estranged father, a famous painter and possible forger, his old boss whose only redeeming quality is the fact that he lies only nine out of ten times, and a former member of Warhol's ring who owns the painting everyone wants.
