Maddy's Amazing African Birthday

Maddy was given a once in a lifetime chance on her tenth birthday, to visit Tanzania with her photographer uncle. She was impressed by the beautiful landscapes and the amazing animals she saw, but most of all she came back full of stories of the wonderful people she met there. This is the story of Maddy's trip, illustrated with photographs taken by her and her uncle.

Megan K. Williams is a foreign correspondent and writer based in Rome, Italy. She reports for Canadian and American public radio and writes for many newspapers and magazines worldwide. She travels regularly around Italy and also to different parts of the world, sometimes bringing her children with her!
