Art of Bronze Casting

This text describes the whole process from the artist's original to the permanent form in bronze, by way of the patinated cast by lost-wax and sand-casting methods. Unlike a technical foundry manual it conveys the excitement of working in metal and the atmosphere of a workplace full of colour, sound and fearsome heat.
