This extensively illustrated "CPD Pocketbook" offers teachers a guide to the wealth of learning opportunities available. It gives information and advice on, for instance, lesson observation, mentoring, school-based research, distance learning, links with other schools and with teacher training establishments, formal and informal work with colleagues, international opportunities, exhibitions, traditional courses, workshops, INSET days, sabbaticals.
