📖 Description
The Glorious Qur'an is a new English translation based upon the translator's authoritative scholarship of the reliable primary sources and his linguistic depth. This exceptional translation retains authenticity and reliability, while being remarkably accessible and readable for all. The text is self explanatory, making links between preceding and successive verses for ease of understanding. While it reflects the translator's insightfulness of the scientific world view and clarification of verses about jihad, the translation is still steeped in spiritual insight and meaning. The work has been rendered into contemporary and modern English yet the prose retains classical beauty. Uniquely, this translation allows the reader to understand the context of the original verses and at the same time appreciate their application to contemporary issues.
