Xing Yi is a great form of internal Kung Fu. This is a branch of Xing Yi that emphasizes the "10 Animals". The bulk of this book is instructional detailing the movements of the animals. There is also a very good introduction about teachers, styles and lineage with special, rare emphasis on the Muslim background of Xing Yi . Foot patterns, special instructions and line drawings show the Bear, Tiger, Dragon, and other animals and how they combine.
