The Master Management Builder and His Structure: A Story of Walls, Arches, and Learning

The Master Management Builder and His Structure is an allegory about a manager/leader who sets out to learn about being more effective. In his journey he encounters academicians as well as other managers who seem to have the knowledge of how to be an effective manager. The Master Management Builder becomes an apprentice to the Benchmarking Master and learns the time-tested principles of being a good manager. Most importantly, the Master Management builder learns the source of the lessons and after implementing them in his own organization, becomes a benchmarking master who begins to train others.
