📖 Description
This research monograph argues that Scott Fitzgerald consciously used a variety of Joycean devices (derived from ULYSSES) in his classic novel THE GREAT GATSBY. These devices included (but were not limited to) burlesque, shadowing, dichotomoies, and doubling. This work breaks new ground for students of Fitzgerald and will be of great use to Joyceans as well.
