Peter Donnelly pursues his passion for photography, even as his past pursues him. His search for visual beauty takes him to Africa, Alaska, Colorado and Florida. But no amount of beauty can conceal the gnawing of his past. Inexorably, urged along by the woman he loves, he's drawn back into his family, there to battle the demons that afflict him and against which artistic success matters little. What does it mean to be artistic in photography? Against that dynamic, what does it mean to be beset by the past and forced by love to get beyond it? Peter's story is about the growth of the heart.
