His only route of escape leads him to a familiar game trail on the mountain, but with winter just around the corner, and his supplies running low, Travis is forced to take a stand if he has any chance of making it off the mountain alive. Shadow on the Mountain is the beginning of a western novella series that follows Travis Taylor, a young rancher who's just trying to make a life for himself in the harsh Montana region of the late 1800's. ˃˃˃ Note from the author I work hard to keep my writing clean (no sex or swearing).
