Relay Based Wireless Communication Systems: An abstract view of cooperative communication

Over the last few years, life has dependent so much on different mode of communication that it is impossible to imagine life without them. Wireless is one of the integral mean of communication. In fact it permeates every aspect of our lives. Today, people want better connectivity with each other. They want to listen music by just clicking on file on internet or download movie within minutes. The latest technology in wireless communication is about "Cooperative Communication". This book was a part of academic project with an abstract view of cooperative communication by describing the MIMO Channel and several protocols. It also highlights the methodologies for outage minimization and optimal power control. Further it emphasizes about the impact of envelope correlation in Adaptive Array receiving system in the presence of Rayleigh Fading Channels. Finally, Book has introduced the hierarchical modulation in Relay Communication, and highlights some issues which could be of future significance. This book, therefore, provides a basic platform to understand the concept of this new technology.
