Themes in Canadian Studies from an Austrian Perspective (Austria: Forschung und Wissenschaft - Interdisziplinar)

This book offers a multitude of interesting perspectives on Austrian-Canadian issues with contributions from an array of scientific disciplines. Canadian Studies became a formal discipline around 40 years ago and thanks to the Centers of Canadian Studies in Innsbruck, Graz and Vienna, Austria has played an important part in the development of this discipline. Against this background, this volume brings an interdisciplinary focus to Canadian Studies drawing on a wide range of disciplines, i.e. literature, language, education, history, political science, economics and law.
