Genetic Manipulation Of Tomato Plant with WGA gene: Through Agrobacterium Tumefaciens Mediated Transformation

Plant Tissue Culture is the technique of growing cells, tissues and organs of plant in an artificial prepared nutrient medium static or liquid under aseptic conditions.
