Human Rights & Law Relating to HIV/AIDS: A Case Study with Reference to Guntur and Prakasam Districts in Andhra Pradesh, India

This Book contains is very few variations among the two Districts (Guntur Prakasam Districts ) in view of General characteristics and social Economical characteristics and Demographic characteristics. The empirical Data shows violation of Human Rights among the HIV/AIDs patients are very few and majority of Human Rights violation among HIV/ AIDS patents are being faced by the family members and relatives. Because the respondents is highly associated with family members, relatives and they are far away to the society , neighbors and friends. Where the respondents associated there only violation of Human Rights has found. Hence there is every need to make aware the respondents their family members and the relatives . about the HIV/AIDS and the government has to respond to implement strict enactment , and amend laws with regard to HIV/AIDS patents, and must play a major role to take measures for the welfare of the HIV/AIDS patents .
