The Concept of Anti-Dumping in the Indian Perspective: An Analysis

The present work gives a wide perspective of Anti-Dumping Law specifically in the Indian Context. What Anti-Dumping Law is all about, its pros and cons, how it is misused and what steps need to be taken to bring things on the right track where Anti-Dumping Law is concerned, how Foreign Companies want to expand in India and how their Indian Counterparts are preventing them to do so; all of this and more is discussed in this work.
