Several complexes are act as {antibacterial, antifungicidal, antiviral and anticancer} bio activity .Schiff bases have important role in the development of [coordination & medicine] chemistry .Transition metal complexes containing Oxygen and Nitrogen donor Schiff base ligands have been of research interest for last years and act as active sites and thereby catalyze chemical reactions . Antimicrobial diseases are now more frequent than during the first half of the century, and still difficult to diagnose clinically .
