This book explores both technology developments by analyzing the impact of the national innovation system on China¿s and Hong Kong¿s telecommunications equipment manufacturing industries, and the business development of telecommunications service providers by studying the individual users¿ behavioral acceptance of a particular mobile data communications service, i.e. Short Message Service, in China and Hong Kong.
